The everglades national park has been a huge attraction in the united states for over 70 years. Thousands of tourist visit the everglades each year. The everglades, is located in southern florida and it covers over 8 million acres of animals habitat. It is the most diverse ecosystem in the united states and that is the reason it is the most visited natural park their is in America. The everglades contain a huge diversity of wildlife species, living in perfect weather conditions and good protective care.
Why is it famous
The everglades is not just known as a touristic place, but also, it is a home for thousands of diverse species for example, aquatic animals, birds, land animals, insects and a huge verity of plants and trees. The most attractive and notable animals on the everglades are the aligator, the american crocodile, the manatee and the tree frog. One of the most symbolic animals seen in the everglades is the florida panther, which is a huge attraction for many people. It is known as one of the oldest ecotouristical places in the united states and has an excellent tropical climate, not only for the animals, but for the tourist as well. This beautiful national park is well known for its swamps and forest wetlands. Mosquitos play an important role in this natural park food chain and have a huge impact on one of the worlds most famous types of fishes, the native fish of the everglades.
Tourism
The everglades is not just a preserve area for different animal species, but it is one of the most famous places to visit in florida united states. What actually bring huge amount of visitors to this national park is the airboat attraction. The airboat attraction is an experience that has to be taken by ecotourist around the world, and it is a perfect way to observe and appreciate the natural world and the amazing geographical features around us. Taking a 2 hour ride around the park brings an amazing experience and viewing of the diverse species in the park.Getting to be really close to an american crocodile and experiencing a trip around the everglades beautiful swamps is what makes this innovated park be so attractive as it is today.
